Viewing angles have been extended in this model to a dramatic 176 degrees, thanks to Sharp’s brand-new, proprietary multi-pixel technology, so users can view the television from virtually anywhere in the room.
The LC-57D90U features full 1080p (1920 x 1080) resolution, the leading
high-definition standard, and a true 16:9 aspect ratio, for a premium high-definition viewing experience. It is Digital Cable Ready and includes a built-in CableCARD slot that allows consumers to easily connect to compatible cable systems to enjoy high-definition programming without an extra set-top box.
