Panasonic TC-32LX70 32" 720p LCD Flat Panel HDTV

The Panasonic TC-32LX70 is one of the models of the company's LCD line-up that introduced LiFi lighting to the television market.

LiFi technology, according to Panasonic, helps the TC-32LX70 not only display rich, accurate color but also extend the life of the light source and cut the set's start-up time.

Panasonic compares its LiFi system to conventional HID lamps in most LCDs and points to the HID's noise, slow start-up time and need to reproduce the bulb after some period of time. In contrast, the company says the LiFi light scource could illuminate the TC-32LX70 indefinitely.

The TC-32LX70 offers the type of connectivity you'd expect in today's LCD HDTVs: HDMI, S-Video, Component and more, allowing you to connect a large number of various high-def video sources into the television.

Active Light Control and Active Contrast/Gamma Control are employed by the TC-32LX70 to deliver outstanding brightness, deep black tones and stunning contrast. These functions make up Panasonic's Advanced LCD AI technology to deliver an impressive picture, particularly for an LCD television in this price range.

For future expandability and ease of use, select VIERA models are equipped with up to four HDMI slots, one on the front and two or three on the rear.
